EAS is offering Burdekin farmers an opportunity to participate in an obligation-free extended trial, with Soil Monitoring Packs and Base Automation Packs available for farmers to trial.

Eligible farmers who are interested in the Soil Monitoring Pack will receive:

• 1x LoRaWAN battery operated end of row sensor 

• Access to soil moisture, temperature and conductivity on your smart phone or PC

• Email alerts when soil moisture rises or falls below a certain value

Eligible farmers who are interested in a Base Automation Pack will receive:

• 1x LoRaWAN battery operated end of row sensor 

• Access to and control of all pump infrastructure on your smart phone or PC, including: ​

  • Start/stop pumps

  • Reset faulted pumps

  • Automatic irrigation scheduling 

  • Automatically switch on/off pumps when soil moisture rises/falls below a certain value

  • Email notifications

• Integration with variable speed drive (if farmer owns already)
